Patient Entered: Patients can use a customized link from your website to access a secure forms portal that is branded for your practice.

Office Entered: You will have your own admin area where you can quickly enter appointments and send secure form links through e-mail and/or text message.

Office Imported: If you can print or export your appointment schedule then your appointments can be imported in bulk into the Painless Forms system.

API Integration: Please see the API section to see how your software vendors can integrate your appointments automatically into our system.

Export Appointment Options: The default export is set to allow a PDF download for each appointment that can be directly imported into your practice management software without scanning.  Of course, you can still print paper versions for standard signatures or internal office needs.

Additionally, custom exports are available if you need your data in Excel, CSV, TXT, PNG, or even XML.
